Thank you for your interest in using our centre. The Granary Family Contact Centre provides a safe neutral place where the children of separated families are able to spend time with either parent, and even with other family members. Our centre is a child focused environment, where the needs of the children are always put first.

What is it like at the centre?

The Granary Family Contact Centre is located in a purpose-built barn in Lower Broadheath, Worcestershire. We like to create a warm and friendly environment where children and parents can relax and enjoy each other’s company. We have a variety of toys and games, including a foosball table and wooden toy kitchen. We also have tea and coffee making facilities, and squash for our families. We also have a microwave and oven if you would like to heat any food, but we do not have a shop within walking distance of the centre, so we would recommend bringing food with you. We also have a garden outside for use in the Spring and Summer months.

Our centre is run by experienced professionals. Our staff members are impartial and do not take sides with adults. Our focus is on what is best for the child. We also work to a strict confidentiality police and all who work at the centre are DBS checked.

When and where?

Our centre is available from 4pm-7pm on Monday to Friday, and from 10am-4pm on a Saturday. Sundays are considered on a case-by-case basis.
